Zagreb, Croatia -- From the outside, the Stone Gate (upper right) is protected by another saint. Here St. George and his steed stand above a stone dragon. Near the end of these slides, we'll see a quite different St. George statue than this pensive bronze. On either side of St. George, we see job creation. This week's Newsweek informs us that Croatia and Michigan have approximately the same unemployment rate. At left we have restoration, especially to a "quaint" state. At right, we see a busload of tourists.
